Wouldn't recommend. I spent hundreds on glasses that I've never been able to wear due to adjustment issues. They refused to let me return them even though I can't see out of them. I've worn glasses for 35 years and have never had issues until going here.

Several occasions they have not called to tell me that glasses for my children have made it in, causing them to go without for an extra week or more. They have gotten prescription wrong, caused me to waste A LOT of money on contacts and multiple occasions have been extremely rude. If they wasn't the only place that my insurance is accepted or place to go for eye care I'd recommend somewhere else.

Been a patient for several years called for more contacts or an appointment if that was needed. Was told needed an appointment but it would be 3 months for my regular doctor or 2 months for someone else. I then explained that I would not have contacts as I am on my last pair. Lady said there was nothing she could do about it. I would think if they couldn't get someone in that they would go ahead and refill contacts until they could get patient in for appointment, but NOOO . I then said if they couldn't help me I guess I would have to find a different Dr and get my records. The lady didn't seem to have a problem with me going somewhere else. Not the way to do business.

If only 0 stars was an option. Our first visit here everyone was kind and my son had an issue that they luckily caught and took seriously. We were told he had a lazy eye but it didn't wander or anything so you can't tell by looking at him. The plan was to get glasses and then come back in a couple months and see if they helped. If not, he would need to wear an eye patch to make sure it was corrected before he reached the age that it's permanent. I asked if we should schedule that follow up before we left that day. They said they would reach out to us to schedule. That never happened. I called them and said hey we were told he has this issue and we would need to have a follow up to see if it's improving. They acted like they didn't know what I was talking about but scheduled him. My son had also been complaining that the glasses weren't helping. We took him to the appointment and they still acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I don't know if it wasn't charted properly or what.. They did an exam with the glasses and said they were doing their job and looked good. I didn't like that they had acted from one appointment to the next that they had no idea about the issue with his left eye so his next appointment I decided to take him somewhere else. Now I'm sad, disappointed and angry. He still has the issue. It is worse. They did an exam with the glasses and said the prescription is not right for him. They're not working. Now he's at the age that it could be permanent. He couldn't read any lines with his left eye. He could only see the one giant letter in the square. Nothing smaller than that. Now we have to wear an eye patch for 4 months and HOPE it's not too late for improvement and he's not like this for the rest of his life. How awful for a kid to have to hear. He has cried. I have cried. It's disappointing for a kid to be failed so miserably. I'm just absolutely disgusted. I don't ever leave bad reviews but it feels very necessary here.

The eye doctor was wonderful and the exam was what it should be. However, when I was to pick up my glasses, I was never notified until I called them. When I was fished with my exam I was quoted a certain amount, which I paid when I was there. Then I received a bill in the mail for more. It should have been it when I was quoted $x amount not an extra $x amount. So I am upset about that.

Dr Thompson is an awesome eye doctor. Best yet. He has been the only one that has been able to get me a contact lens prescription that is as great as my eye glasses. He listens to what you have to say and always has suggestions to make things better. Great place to go!

Dr. dearly probably spelling that wrong knows hsr stuff. The staff always helpful. Glasses are always said to take two weeks and so far have always came early. Messages get sent to my doctor without any issues. I truly have my family go here! Thank you for all the years you have helped my family!!

Been here a few times and this last time I sat for 2 hrs past my appointment time waiting until I had to just reschedule and leave because I had work at noon got there at 10
