I was a walk-in on a Friday because I was having discomfort in my right eye. They were able to fit me into the schedule same day! The staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr Koons was great at explaining what was wrong with my eye and didn't try to push scripts on me. He gave me the option of finding an inexpensive over the counter eye drop to fix my issue.

I can't say enough good about this place ! The employees are amazing in every aspect . Dr. Koons is the best Doctor ever ! He takes the time with You and is so precise . It was pouring down rain and the girls walked me out under an umbrella. Now that's customer service ! I highly recommend this place . They are the BEST!

Recently on vacation, my son discovered he had forgotten to pack contacts. As I was frantically calling everywhere, the staff at Lens Mart Optical, in Camdenton, went above and beyond to help us out. Not only were they able to provide us with an adequate replacement, they also provided us with contact solution and a case. When I picked the contacts up, everything was free of charge! What a bunch of great people!! Thank you again!!!

Do not allow an elder go alone to this place. They will take advantage of them and charge them way more than what the service actually was. I only found out today what they did to my dad in May after getting the insurance claim from his tricare. Not happy at all!

Great place. Our entire family goes to this office often. Today on a Friday morning I walked in with a red eye that had been bothering me for 2 days. I asked if they could get me a in sometime today and they said no problem and got me seen almost right away. Dr Koons and the staff have always been great. Got me fixed up and out the door quickly. Highly recommend these guys at either location.

We were visiting the area to spend the day at Bug Surf when my contact lens completely ripped. I called my optometrist to find out what the prescription was and they advised me to find a clinic close by, tell them of the situation, and they would fax my prescription. I called Lens Mart and told them what happened and they told me to come by the office, where they gave me a contact lens free of charge and then allowed me to go back and wash my hands before inserting in my eye. If it weren't for their help I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my day with my family. Super clean facility and great service.
