Outstanding Experience at Carthage Vision Clinic! I highly recommend Dr. Shelby N. Baugh Bruner and the entire team at Carthage Vision Clinic! From the moment I checked in until I walked out the door, the service was absolutely outstanding. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and performed their jobs quickly and thoroughly, making the entire process seamless and pleasant. Checking in and paying out was easy, efficient, and hassle-free. Dr. Bruner is truly exceptional. She was incredibly thorough during my eye exam, took the time to explain everything clearly, and maintained a wonderfully professional and reassuring demeanor. I felt completely informed and well cared for. The clinic itself is top-notch; the equipment appears to be state-of-the-art, which gives great confidence in the quality of the results. Even picking out new glasses was an easy process, and I was pleased to find their selection reasonably priced. If you're looking for professional, friendly, and efficient eye care, this is the place to go!

I had a check up with Dr. Swisher. It was a great experience! He was very professional and he explained every detail of my examination. The equipment, offices and building look brand new. The staff was fantastic! I took advantage of a Special Offer and ordered new prescription glasses and sunglasses. I highly recommend this practice to any one looking for professional eye care. We traveled a great distance to go there and will again.

worst place for glasses they nickel and dime you. When you ask then they lie and lie and when you call you insurance find out what hsppend insurance tells you that I got over charged from what should have charged we want and called them back they lie more . I can not get contacts now and that's the main reason i want there when I want there my insurance said I could and top it off they banned me from going back said they would call the police if I stepped on there property i never was treating to them. Alot of people at my work uses them I will make sure I share my experience with the ones I know that go there. 0 star

My name is Colette, and my family has been seeing Dr Goetzinger since he was in the much smaller place just off of the square. I began bringing my mom, I believe, in 2001. My husband and I liked him and his then small staff so well that we began seeing him also. We have never had any big surprises since insurance benefits have been explained to us each time we we had a new insurance service. Being armed with this information was important so we were always aware of what our share would be, and not surprised with a larger than expected expense. Since then, his office along with his staff has grown quite a bit larger than when just off the square, but that means there are more staff to depend on for different tasks. Each staff member has a particular specialty, but is able to help out if needed in another department. Dr Goetzinger is knowledgeable and busier, but still will take time to answer any questions you might have. I am surely happy that we stumbled upon his office when my mother, who had Alzheimer's, needed new glasses way back in 2001. He also discussed thoroughly what should be done with the cataracts that she had, but one eye had permanent damage to it from an earlier injury. He gave me enough information to make an informed decision for her condition. Now you don't have to guess who to use for eye care when you are new to Carthage or the surrounding area. Guessing can be hazardous when you are not acquainted with the Dr and his staff. In fact, I just had the cataracts removed from both eyes, and even though he does not do the surgery, he has taken care of me from the day after surgery. He has been wonderful in explaining how to use the eye drops and why. He has also explained in detail why it is so important to use the drops and what each one does for the eye.

100% happy with services. Very professional. Over the years I have been to 4 different eye glass centers and this is the first time here and they got my eye glass prescription right the first time. Every other place had to make my glasses 2-3 times. Thank you Carthage Vision Clinic :)

Could NOT ask for a nicer experience at any place of professional health care!! I know I can expect a thorough and complete exam every visit. They are very family friendly and I give them a "thumbs up" to all my family and friends. I hope they will continue in this area for many more years!!
