The staff is equally impressive. Heather was especially helpful and incredibly patient as I tried on what felt like every pair in the store. She has a great eye and really listened to what I was looking for. The rest of the team was just as kind and welcoming, making the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
Also, the on-site optometrist did the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. She explained everything clearly, and made sure my prescription was spot on - even helping me choose between two prescriptions that were very close.

She Presented me with multiple frames of different styles and colors, always giving her Input when I asked. Heather encouraged me to take my time and to look in several different mirrors so I could have an even better perspective.. My glasses were ready, with blended bifocal and transitional lenses, in approximately a week. I highly recommend black optic and give it a five star rating!
