Great experience today! Really love that I was able to get in so quickly. The staff was super friendly and awesome, the whole process seems like a breeze. The only thing I didn't love was I was told the wrong pricing up front ($10 instead of $40) but the staff did such a good job and was so understanding that it was really easy to understand that mistakes happen and just shake it off. Highly recommend!!

I had been to this location in years past, but it was the same doctor. He has now retired, and so I saw Dr. Dean on this visit and she was wonderful! She was very informative and treated me as an individual, spending time with me to answer my questions and explain things going on with my eyes and suggestions. All of the staff was friendly, but I was very impressed with her so called "bedside manner" and professionalism and knowledge, yet very personable! I will definitely go see her again.

I got glasses there for myself and my daughter. The doctor was wonderful. My kids' glasses were defective and had to be redone. I have now tried to pick them up twice during their posted business hours and found the place closed (once at 6:00 pm, the other at 6:15 pm; their posted hours are until 6:30 pm). My kid is still without glasses.

I recently visited Pearl Vision Columbia, Mo on Wednesday afternoon. We were running a little late, and I managed to make my son's appointment for the previous day. They were able to get him worked in! Dr. Dean-Hughes was wonderful to visit with. She was prompt, kind, and listened to the current issues I was having with my eyes. My two children loved visiting with her as well. This was our first time going there, and we will continue to use Pearl vision moving forward.
