I am going to Pearle Vision for many years now to Dr. Klamp. Regarding the checkup, everything went well as usual. Doctor is super nice but my daughter wanted to switch to lenses this year so she went in to try but no one said that it is charged. I understand you are spending time with the patient and your time should be valued but you should inform patient before charging them. And 70$is not a small amount and finally my daughter is not sure of wearing lenses because she is too scared to touch inside her eyes. All the medical expenses should be informed before performing any additional exams.

First time here at this office and I am truly impressed by the team and Dr. Kamps. He was truly understanding and completely honest when I told him my latest trend on seeing eye doctors. He understood and told me that was perfectly fine! I was blown away by that kind of level of honesty. That is how I knew this was my place for my eye care needs. I made my appointment with Angel on the phone, and she gave me great directions to find them. It was super helpful and I truly appreciate that very much. I felt very cared for by Dr. Kamps and his entire staff. I got a pair of glasses, and they are really made very well. The quality of lens is superb so I definitely recommend getting glasses done here. I had already recommended friends and family to him. I know one already had an appointment and is pending on his glasses. The glasses are done really well and it is definitely worth the wait for it. Thank you Dr. Kamps and your staff for my eye care needs, till we meet again.
