Very unprofessional, rude,condescending group of people. This is my first and last time here. They feel as if I should kick their backside.
No one returned my call on the complaints I have made. No wonder this place was CLOSED down for a while. The same reviews.other talked about previously is the same way they act now!! AVOID!!!

I had my first appointment at this office on April 11. Everyone was knowledgeable about their job. They all worked together very professional, friendly. I had excellent care, my glasses that were in need of repair, were fixed in less then 5 minutes. I had been to another office they couldn't fix my lens they had to send them out.
I will definitely recommend this office to anyone I know needing eye exams or eye glasses ordered.

The doctor was fine and everything else was standard. However, I'm turned off by appointments being made for me. I will never go to an appointment I didn't make according to my schedule myself. Furthermore, that appointment was literally 7 months sooner than necessary. Why? Because my insurance will pay now in a new calendar year. This is not for my own good and not what I consider good medical care. It's a business that cares little about you, your convenience, or your cost because they want to get you in as soon a they can recieve a payment. Never mind what you want, need, can afford here. They'll let you know.
RESPONSE TO OWNER clearly you're not paying attention. I recieved an email asking me to confirm or change an appointment I never made. I responded to that message with the request to remove. Again. I asked the one time I went there that I not be contacted like this and yet it happens year after year. I'm going to make it a bad system by confirming and never show up. Surely you'll stop making appointments for someone that wastes that much of your time.
