Went in for a routine eye exam with no complaints on vision. Knew I would pay for retinal scan. Dr who did exam said my eyes were great and I had some floaters which everyone has, I'm 66. When I went to leave they charged me for a medical eye exam even though I had no vision problems. Cost me more money than my insurance covered. Be warned.

I have been seeing the staff there now for about 6 years. Dr. Frier is the best optometrist I have seen, and I have been seeing various eye doctors since I first wore glasses in the 4th grade (I am over 50). He caught an issue that had been misdiagnosed and also treated me for a very complicated case of ophthalmic shingles. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and listens, providing patience answering all my many questions. His full staff are excellent. This is a top notch provider!!!

A little awkward when the don't introduce themselves as they come in the room. Exam was very detailed and that was great. Doctor talks to you like you haven't any knowledge. You explain that you do and she continues write info on a sticky note for you. So exam was great, but felt like I was treated as a child. Looking for a new doctor for future exams if there isn't any change.
