I ordered a couple pairs of glasses after an examination in July 2025, paid in full out the door. Just a week or so ago, I start getting notifications about still having a balance of over $200.
The mishandling of customers' orders, insurance, and payments is atrocious at this location. Im hoping to sort this out soon, but I'm getting the run around from the billing department about it because I everything is outsourced to another company to handle.
Many parties involved to fix an issue that no one should have to deal with if an establishment is organized and the employees put focus into quality work.
Despite the outcome, I'm never returning to this location.

Dr. Lorber is absolutely wonderful. Both my daughter and I have seen her. However, I continue to be relentlessly harassed to schedule unnecessary appointments multiple times a day via calls and texts despite requesting to be removed numerous times and reporting texts and calls as junk, they continue to come in through various numbers . I have no interest or trust in receiving medical care from an unethical business.
