Tyler at Eureka location was an absolute gem to work with when granddaughter(visiting from out of state) needed a new frame due to one of the arms breaking. While we couldn't move lenses to a new frame( due to Walmart policy), Tyler came up with an inexpensive solution to replace the arms and it worked out fabulous! Tyler was very kind and ready to help any way he could. He came through big time and granddaughter was happy to have her glasses fixed on the spot! Thank you so much for the awesome manner in which our transaction was handled - very professional and helpful!! I just cannot say enough how happy we were with Tyler's service and help today.

I actually get really bad anxiety coming to appointments due to bad experiences in the past. This was one of the best eye exams I have ever had. Dr. Hicks was one of the sweetest eye docs I've crossed paths with and both the staff members here today were great as well. Time waiting was not very long. Thanks for a great visit!

We have been coming here for a couple years & have always received excellent service from the whole staff, but i want to point out one excellent staff member, Mindy. We can in so my son could pick out his glasses & Mindy was on the phone w another customers insurance company trying to help them w their coverage. She helped us (& 3 other people bc her coworker was on break) while simultaneously staying on the phone call w insurance. I was very satisfied w our experience & we will continue coming here!

Low quality glasses!! Crazing after 90 days been using nothing but the cloth and solution they provide. My previous eyeglasses and sunglass clip-ons are 3 years old and in good condition. These glasses from this vision center are not good quality. The glare protection will start crazing quick and if you sneeze on them they will scratch. The scratch resistant was a waste of time and the coatings will craze. Only thing going positive for this place is they have decent customer service at the counter only. The lab messed up my wife's glasses and did not make them bifocals and had to be sent back. I have been wearing glasses for years and have never had a pair do this. I will not be going back to Walmart for glasses. My safety glasses through work came from Clarkson and have been through hell and the Walmart or just for driving. My work glasses lenses go through a lot more and are in better condition than a Walmart lenses that are just used for driving.

I have had very good vision all my life. Dr. Hicks and his staff have been nothing but wonderful to me after losing over 40% of my vision. I'm a 44 y/o man and not being able to safely drive at night was a huge concern. After about a month of treatment and over four visits under Dr. Hicks care I have my vision back. The Vision care I received there is top notch at a phenomenal price. I only paid for the initial visit. Prescription eye glasses were never "pushed" on me to make a sale. Dr. Hicks and his staff solely focused on my vision. Sight I guess can be taken for granted and when/if I do need glasses I will be going straight to Wal-Mart Eureka Vision!

A huge shout out to this place! I was shopping with my mom and my son who has autism. (19 months old), I was holding my son when he tried to rip my mask off my face and scratched my eye pretty bad. I went there straight away cause of how painful it was. Not only was the staff absolutely sweet and on top of my situation, they took every single protocol for Covid! I was seen within 10 minutes. The dr was awesome and even let me hold my son on my lap while I was getting checked out, and was not frustrated One bit when my son started getting upset. He was able to gently place my medical contact in and explained everything in detail for after care!! I was only charged an office visit which made me feel even more comfortable cause they had explained I would have gotten a huge bill.Thank you so much for providing the best care possible for me and my son!!

What can I say? It's a good place to get your eyes fixed. I go there every couple years to get some contacts and glasses. Dr. Hicks is great. Staff is great. I dunno what that lady is talking about with the counter being dirty. As long as the eye stuff is clean, who cares?
