I don't have any details everything was just fine the employees were great! And the only thing that I had a problem with is that you don't use glass for lenses no more you used to must be too tough for you LOL other than that everything was great I just need glass for lenses I'm

The people at this location are nice people. However, be warned, they are trained to get as much money out of patients as they can. Case and point, set up an appointment for eye exam and glasses. In the meantime I developed an eye infection, a stye. Eye exam is postponed. Given an oral antibiotic and antibiotic cream for eye. Did follow-up in two days, eye is clearing up nicely, cost out of pocket, $53. Now I have to do another follow-up in approximately one week and would imagine copay will be another $53. I have had only a partial eye exam. The $44 for where the eye has its entire picture taken, paid for but no results. I will not get my final exam and prescription for lenses for almost another month. In summary, I am a retired management specialist. The term I remember being used in less desirable companies is called "milking". That's what I feel like after doing business with this location. In the recent past, several years, actually, I have left this business for this exact behavior before, get as much money as they can out of you. My wife is dying of cancer and have better things to do with our money than waste it on bad business! I guess when I do not show up for their appointments, they might figure it out, but I seriously doubt it! My search for good eye care will continue! Money lost and lesson learned. UPDATE: After further research I found out I could have been seen by my primary medical doctor for the aforementioned eye infection. I would have zero copay for office visit and zero copay for any follow-up visits. My only out of pocket costs would have still been for medicine. As I stated before wasted money but lesson learned!

If I could leave zero stars I would was supposed to be in for a quick and easy appointment and showed up on time. They even though having an appointment made me wait 2 hours making me late for work very upset and they just kinda acted like they had no clue what they was doing in reception

All the staff were nice and friendly, didn't have to wait. Dr. Cortner was awesome and very thorough with my eye examine. So glad we have a full time doctor now.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Clarkson Eyecare. They didn't just act like I was a routine exam and a "one and done" they actually made sure that my eyes were healthy and the problem that I was having was top priority! The doctor and the staff were very polite and amazingly efficient. I would highly recommend considering them for your eye care needs. In the past I used a different name brand eye care francize company for my eyewear and exams. I can tell you about my experience with Clarkson Eyecare in Farmington, Missouri made me feel that the exams that I had in the past at the other francize company I used in the past was much less caring and much less quality and professional than I got today at Clarkson Eyecare. So, in the future I will certainly be returning there for my eye care needs. I personally want to thank the doctor and the staff for helping me as my eye problem I was dealing with is a serious situation and needed proper attention. I was given an accurate diagnosis a great referral for specialist care and feel like I have not wasted my money.
