I'm a long time customer. I won't go anywhere else. My eyes are a bit complicated, it's hard to find trustworthy Doctors, I am very satisfied with the level of knowledge. All of the people who work there have always been professional, and since I can't see without glasses, they help me pick out the best frames. It's fun!

I have used them for years after trying other options I've always come back. They do great adjusting the glasses and always deliver the best fit of the lens into the frames I've experienced. I do normally get cheaper pairs online for my sunglasses and readers due to costs but much prefer what I get here. The customer service and staff is always excellent!

Zero accountability. I was quoted one price for contact lenses and then invoiced for another due to an error...the optician "didn't click the correct box". This mistake cost me $200. By the time I picked up my order, I had already given this office approximately $1,000. The response? A shoulder shrug and a flat "sorry." This is not just a business...it's HEALTHCARE! I am legally blind without vision correction, and the lack of care and accountability here is alarming. No one in the office advocated for me or offered even a small gesture, like a discount, to acknowledge their mistake. If a wrong box being clicked can cost a patient hundreds of dollars, what happens when the mistake is more serious, i.e. blindness? The indifference I experienced was both disrespectful to me as a patient and unfair to the physician whose license is being represented. I hope she is aware, because entrusting staff with this level of negligence puts patients at risk.

Absolutely the best glasses experience I've ever had. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, professional and efficient. Never going anywhere else for my vision needs again, this place is top notch!

I must say this is my new go to place for glasses and exams for the family. Great Dr and the staff is amazing. Especially explaining all the difficult issues with dual insurance. I used to go to a big box store for our family eye exams and glasses, i probably paid three times the amount there plus I was never offered a petite frame for my small face .The owner at Ferguson Optical took the extra time to pick out petite frames for me. That extra mile made the difference and I'm a customer for life! Thank you for caring

WOW! What amazing service I received from Chandra. She went above and beyond for me, and I can actually say this is the best pair of glasses they have made for me in several years. Chandra took the time to listen to my issues with previous glasses, and she will be seeing me again next year! Thank you Chandra for caring enough to listen to the customer! No more switching glasses every day

The receptionist is nice. Doc was a bit condescending when I explained my contacts were old because I literally couldn't afford them; but I watched her light up when another couple came in. They say they don't measure pupillary distance unless you buy from them.... Which is rich considering I found the exact frames that you all are selling at 200 dollars online for 39 dollars. Good enough for an eye exam. Consider elsewhere for your frames.

Pam did an amazing job adjusting my sunglasses. They're so much more comfortable thanks to her. The staff is friendly and I would reccomend them to everyone!
