This place is pitiful! They overbook appointments and squeeze patients in. So the next person who has an appointment has to wait for the person they are squeezing in. In my case I arrived early for my appointment. About an 1 1/2 later I was still waiting to be seen by the doctor. One was giving me a BS excuse, While another one contradicted the other and giving me a different BS excuse. Then she was being unprofessional and inconsiderate and made me feel as if I was the rude one and being impatient and sometimes it takes little longer than expected. So she thinks 1 1/2 hours later is a little longer and I should be pleased and happy that they allowed to sit in their establishment and waste my time and money. To set an appointment, drive and sit there for an excessive amount of time. Don't use Clarkson! Go to Lazarus. 20 minutes from the moment I entered the office. They are very curtious and professional. Very pleased with Lazarus Eye Care!

If I could I would give them a zero, it's been a month waiting on my glasses and as of today still not in. Ridiculous is not the word. Just called and they said it will be another week, am not happy.

I have went to Clarkson for many years. The staff if always kind and helpful but I do not like the checkout process. They never share the screen so you can see the costs. I didn't ask for eyewear protection plan. It was just on my printout before leaving. I also requested anti glare but found out it was over $150 for a premium...are their other levels that are cheaper? Just a suggestion to share the screen with your clients. Would have saved me quite a bit.

Front office was very nice, however): once the hurried EXAM began, I should have followed my gut instinct and left ! 10 day wait, to get glasses that I CANNOT SEE out of ! Tried to "adjust" as advised, 7 days. When I came back asking to return ? WHOA NELLIE ! front office was still pleasant, but then to get the office "BULLY" Karen, no problem, I matched the Energy. *NEVER AGAIN!!!*

Dr Finger and her office staff were very kind and helped me pick my glasses. After a month I called and was told at first they couldn't find any order was made, it looked like they completely forgot me. I was then told they would make a rush order, since the original was lost. That was a week ago...

They have very sophisticated and new technological equipment! The staff was excellent, I was in and out in mear moments with a new checkup!, the glasses frame selection was the only hiccup and I just had to settle on a frame that was, close!;)
