Dr. DiMercurio is amazing! Her staff on the other hand are not. Went in for an exam and the nurse just added everything I did three years ago with out asking me anything. When I questioned the price she said oh I just added what you did last time. No questions about how they worked out or anything. This was a poor way to try and make some commission. I will not be going back to this location.

They didn't have my contacts in stock and the assistant couldn't figure out how to order my glasses. After sitting there for over an hour, she said she would do it later and call me the next day when she was able to get them ordered. I still hav not heard anything.

Do not recommend to anyone. Was falsely told that the brand of contacts I use has been discontinued. Something I verified as false with the manufacturer of the brand, they are still being made with no plans to discontinue. Doctor refuses to change my prescription from the brand of contacts she has decided to push onto people. In addition I had a second opinion from a different eye doc. I was not given the correct prescription for my eye needs. Worst experience at an eye care business all around including the sales component. Annoyed I had to pay out of pocket for the second exam when I should have received adequate care and customer service at this place.

I really enjoyed my visit. I was thoroughly satisfied with Dr. DiMercurio's and her staff's examination of me. All my questions were answered, and I have no complaints. I look forward to my annual check-up next year.

Ashley was great, she answered all my questions clearly. Even answers some that other doctors either wouldn't or couldn't. I seem to have a more complicated prescription and she explained to me what she was doing and why. Will definitely come back

This place needs help... My appointment was at 11:30, and I arrived 15 minutes early, as requested by the automated text message when I booked the appointment. I filled out my paperwork in 10 minutes but wasn't even seen until after 12:30. Someone that was there before me was seen, as was someone else that showed up after me. I had my 3 year old with me, and tried very hard to keep her entertained while we patiently waited. Once called back to the room, doctor D. was extremely unwelcoming. It felt like she rushed through the small time I had with her. She made me feel belittled for lacking knowledge about the current medical issues with my eyes. I didn't leave the office until after 1, with a very unhappy experience. I refused to go back for the follow up she wanted me to come back for. Instead, I booked an appointment at a different location, with a new doctor. I have now found out that she misdiagnosed me, as she went through the horrible list of things that "could possibly" be wrong with my eyes. 10/10 do not recommend this doctor. Save yourself the trouble.

Prompt service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and physician. Great and attentive service in by all.
