Crown Vision Center - Ferguson

Me and my daughter went to this location because the location we always go to didn't have any opening. We went and got our eyes examined, picked out our glasses. Then I hit a text saying that my daughter's glasses were ready for pick up. I waited a couple of days for to see if my glasses were coming in. So after almost 3 weeks after I got the text my daughter glasses were in I called to check on mines. Well I was told they would wait for the delivery for that day to see if my glasses were in that delivery and would give me a call. Well they never called back. So I decided to go ahead and take my daughter to get hers and ask while there about my glasses. I was told that the glasses were on back order and that I need to pick out another pair. Well it is from my understanding that the glasses that we try on at the store are the glasses that get sent out. Ok so I asked to speak to the manager and a young lady sitting at a desk in the back of the store starts talking to me across the store. She was very rude and I felt like she didn't care that after all this time no one called me to tell me what was going on with my order. So I asked for a refund. I also asked if the District manager had a phone number that I could call or a email address. She said they have a email address but she can't give it to me, So I asked if she could email them so that they could respond to my complaint she said she would needless to say I've never heard from anyone. I then proceeded to ask about my PD and she said they do not give out the results of the PD and I said that it was a part of my record so you will be violating me requesting everything that was in my record for that exam. Now I know in the past when I have gotten glasses, they put the measurement up to my face, or they look directly at me when I have on the glasses that I selected and marked the glasses with a dot where my pupil are. However, no one ever did that with me nor my daughter, so I am convinced that they never completed the PD measurements. I definitely would recommend going to a different location where As a long time, customer or just a customer period. It was really mind blowing that after over a month they wanted me to pick out a different frame and then wait for them to come back. I would appreciate it if someone from the corporate office reach out to me............. I appreciate the response however that still doesn't help me with what my complaint was. I guess I should expect that response because that sounds like what the lady would have said, and just dismiss people. Always remember actions reflect leadership.

Locked doors equals a safe environment. Once those doors open even the partially blind can see and feel welcoming smiles at the reception station. Ready. Set. And the care compassion attentiveness of optic concerns are culminated in a safe space. Accept these Jewels in your Crown. And if you fail to see don't hesitate make an appointment.

All the ladies in this office were awesome. My glasses came back in one week. Very satisfied with service and product.

Great place to get glasses Tamicha Gates was very nice and pleasant to work with. The doctor was comical and made me feel comfortable.

very poor communication. I received a text at 3:53 that my child's glasses were in but when I wanted to go get the glasses at 3:57 I was able to talk to someone and to find out what time they close That person told me the same thing that I saw on the web 4 o'clock. Why waste your time sending me a message that the glasses are in at 3:53 leaving me seven minutes to get there before you close. And they are not open on the weekend.

I Really like the way Dr. Kinder is attentive to my eye care and always listens to my eyes issues and has the most wonderful personality and the staff is also nice and I love getting eye glasses at this location.

Evening was extremely friendly and very professional. I will definitely be returning! Thanks for the great service!
