Everything started off perfectly with Michael (my sales rep) being extremely kind and courteous, even complementing my choice in frames. He was beyond fantastic explaining my choices for lenses and worked with me to make my budget. I don't remember my Optometrist's name but she was incredibly sweet and caring. You have a top notch staff at this location and I'm glad to have come there!

Simply exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for and about. From the young man that helped me during my pre-examination to the outstanding care of my doctor, my experience was excellent. While selecting new glasses, the retail staff was helpful, honest and I felt they genuinely wanted me to be thrilled with my purchase. I can't thank the store manager, the doctor and their team enough for the care they and their staff showed me. They are profound healthcare and retail professions. Congratulations to you on having such a fantastic team.

I was very pleased as the doctor, the gentlemen who gave me the pre-eye exam , and the general manager were all super friendly, very helpful, and made me feel at home. The general manager also took time to help me save over $300 on my cost by showing me multiple options and frames. I highly recommend this Lens Crafters to anyone. It was the best experience i have ever had at a eye care place. They are doing something really right at this store!

Yesterday was my very first visit to LensCrafters and it definitely won't be my last! I called from work with an "emergency" and they were able to get me in same day! The whole process from start to finish was so enjoyable. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Everyone working there yesterday was so kind and spent alot of time with me picking out the right glasses and making sure all my needs were met! I will continue coming to this location and I would highly recommend this LensCrafters to anyone! Such a great store with great people! Thank you!

Most positive experience ever, from check in to check out. Warm reception, professional friendly staff, thorough exam from the doctor and she gave excellent details and answered every one of our questions. Then, Michael made the frame selection painless and was extremely efficient and professional. This is why we choose Lenscrafters, every time, regardless of whether we have vision insurance or not!!
