The eye doctor who did my prescription was wonderful. She was very informative and courteous. The front desk staff were not very customer friendly. I waited ten minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I chose to go somewhere else to select glasses. I will not spend my money where I am not appreciated.

Dr. Rose Drake was awesome to work with! She was quick, efficient, and very informative about how certain conditions can affect eyesight. She made me feel very comfortable during my appointment and was receptive toward certain parts of the appointment that made me feel uneasy (i.e. air puff in eye or light shining in eye.). I will definitely be coming back to this location solely because of Dr. Drake!

I have never had an eye appointment take only 30 minutes. They were so fast and efficient and easy. Listened to my needs and concerns with my contact lenses and my eyes and also checked my tear ducts! Which I have never had done before.

My experience today was terrible with trying to get my insurance processed through BCBS. Each year this location seems to not be able find me in their system. I had to pay out of pocket even though I have insurance. I called BCBS and they found my information with no problem. Target is supposed to reimburse me.
