I really hate leaving 1 star when the doctor was fantastic! However my appointment was at 4:30 pm I was finished with the doctor by 5:00 pm maybe a little before . I stood out there looking at glasses for 30 mins and no one acknowledged me and I was trying different pairs because I was waiting for the manager to come out and tell me at 5:40 pm we stopped taking orders at 5:30 pm. I feel as that was very unprofessional to leave me waiting 40 mins and then refusing to put my order in . When I told her about it she proceeded to tell me I had not made a choice she seen me trying on glasses but never approached me not once . Then I said as a a manager you should of told me the order would not go in tonight and she said I was on a conference call but yet I seen you and you obviously seen me if you seen me trying on glasses . No consideration for people's time . Just proving my point read all the Facebook reviews the manager Sal is obviously very comfortable doing this to people . Just read tons of negative reviews . I can't believe how unprofessional the experience was . The manager Sam did not care and the way she handled the situation was very unprofessional and it was flat out rude .

I have been trying new eye doctors for the past five or so years, and by far Dr. Bui is the best! Two years in a row, consistently he takes time to answer questions, make recommendations, and doesn't just check the boxes to get you in and out quickly and move on to the next person. He seems to actually like his job. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Absolutely recommend.

This particular Eyemart Express shines in comparison to other local vision stores. The difference is that their competitors seem to disregard or ignore customers upon entrance to the establishment. There is no greeting or eye contact with future patrons. In contrast, Eyemart Express located at NE Sam Walton Lane in Lees Summit has eyewear consultants who demonstrate excellent customer service. They are watchful and welcoming. An immediate greeting is friendly, and not at all superficial. Beyond that, this store's customer service agents have noticeable expertise in eyewear selection, accurate fit and acuity, upgrades, insurance coverage, special deals, and variations in pricing. No need to consult co-workers for advice or further direction. The employees seem to operate as a team, are cross trained in other specific roles, backing each other in floor coverage and customer assistance. I could write a book about this store's strengths and professionalism. But Bottom Line: I highly recommend this location and wouldn't go anywhere else to meet my future vision needs!

She possessed an uncanny ability to understand my needs and preferences almost instantly, even when I wasn't entirely sure myself what I was looking for. Amanda didn't just present me with options; she curated a selection that perfectly balanced my desire for style with the practicalities of my prescription. Her genuine enthusiasm and expert advice made the decision-making process enjoyable and, dare I say, fun!

Great customer service, everyone was very friendly. Absolutely love the fact that you don't have to wait 2 weeks for your new glasses! They said they would be done in an hour and not even 5 minutes later one of my 2 pairs where done for pickup. 40 mins and both available to pick up.

Three pairs of glasses for under $500 with all the bells and whistles on them amazing! They were made in house in less than a half an hour. I can't complain. Alyssa was the best and the doctor there knew more about my eye condition then any eye doctor I have been too! Best experiece!

Amazing experience at the lees summit location. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The process was so quick and painless. Very affordable glasses and lenses and my order was done so quick! Will definitely be coming back!
