Had an appointment on February 20 for at least two weeks. Even received text reminders the day before and the day of. Showed up fifteen minutes early to a sign on the door stating they were closed February 20-21 for inventory..

The staff is pretty good, but the doctors seem to misdiagnose majority of the time. For example, telling people they have glaucoma, treating them with eye drops, and later a different doctor at a different clinic finds out the person has cataracts. Also, being disrespectful to people who clearly cannot see well, by telling them their vision is "fine" and later a different doctor/clinic finds out there is a serious problem. Maybe a little more training is needed.
