Called in to make a appointment and because other people didn't show up to their appointment they will not schedule me and my daughter for afternoon appointment. I'm a essential worker and cannot miss any work and my daughter just started back to school I'd rather her not start off the year missing school, seems unfair to punish others for what some one else did.
