Staff was very unpleasant. I requested my prescription to be sent over from another walmart optical. One lady shredded it before I got there. The lady that was assisting me told me she didn't have the other optical number and requested me to look it up.... I left my phone in my car or I would have but she was annoyed. I ended up with qn invalid prescription bc they could figure out the doctors information.

Was a "0" star available? The staff was super rude and not helpful, we were told the ins. wasn't accepted, called the ins. company and verified that it was accepted there. The staff member then said that they could take cash and she walked off. Don't bother trying this one.

I was told that my new frames would be ordered well over 2 weeks ago under warranty and when I called today to speak about the status of my frames, whoever answered the phone had the WORST attitude. The employee also told me my frames were never ordered and wouldn't be covered under my warranty. LOL.
