True vision is absolutely amazing. I walked in and was kindly greeted. I wasn't able to have a babysitter, so I brought my 2 year old along. We were actually both able to be seen. Dr Fu was patient, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She shared helpful information on next steps for my 2 year old, helped me pick out a new pair of frames, and was overall super attentive. This is seriously the best optometrist I have ever seen and I really appreciate that it's a small business that is woman owned! I have always had terrible vision and I've always gotten my eye exams at big chain vision centers. Truesight Vision Center is so much better then all of the other places I've gone over the years because Doctor Fu actually seemed to genuinely care. She patiently explained the definitions of words I didn't know and took the time to explain whole process. The tests she did were the same ones I had done many times with other eye doctors, but before I really had no clue why. At Truesight, I didn't feel like I was being herded in and out in a rush to maximize profits.
The office/waiting room has a wonderful cozy vibe. The furniture is super cute, there is a small fountain for relaxing sound, there are toys to keep waiting children entertained, a coffee maker, & water bottles. When I picked up my glasses, they came with a cute case, a cloth to clean them, and a cleaning spray.
