Great experience at Lensmart I have had my eyes checked here 4 times and I am pleased with the service here. Very friendly staff and very helpful Dr Gagnon is very knowledgeable on my history and fully explained all my corrections to me. AAAAA

My frames broke at the nose bridge. They had the same frame on display and were able to switch out my frames right on the spot and I was back in business. Thanks to the staff there. You are the best!

Wonderful quality and shipped much faster than I expected. I got the clip on sunglasses and I am very pleased with quality. I am going to order more. I see a lot of bad reviews about customer service but they replied within 12 hours to me (they're international so honestly that's excellent in my opinion especially when this isn't a dire situation). This is my second order and definitely won't be my last.

They were very helpful and kind even helped me fix my old glasses I broke that weren't from them. Everyone was kind and helpful. Couldn't get progressive that same day, but with some glasses, you can just not progressive. Super nice go above and beyond!

Great 1st time experience. Lost my glasses in the lake, and Lens Mart expedited my new glasses in only 3 workdays due to my situation. Not only that but Dr Erin Gagnon's prescription was even sharper than the glasses I lost when they were brand new. Very happy, and highly recommend.

My glasses broke and my next eye doctors appointment isn't until October. I didn't want to buy a new pair, my luck my script would change. Went to 3 other places, none would even try to fit my lenses into an old frame. No questions, they tackled it and solved my problem. Awesome customer service, customer for life!

I purchased a pair of glasses from this location two weeks ago and they literally broke in half while I was working at my desk. The frames were cheap because I didn't have a lot of money but I needed them to last more than two weeks. I was upset and called the owner wanting my money back. He said bring them in so he could look at them he then upgraded my cheaper frames to a very nice pair at no additional cost to me. Thank you for going the extra step in turning a bad situation into a great customer service moment

I went into see these people at Lens Mart in April 2023 [by the Panera Bread Business] and have been so impressed with their service that I feel compelled to write this review. They really have gone above and beyond the regular call of duty when providing good service, and passed on over into the realm of "most excellent" Optometrist in the entire state if i have anything to say about it. I tripped and fell yesterday really bad and seriously injured my face, my head, my cheek, my nose, eyes and even my eye sight. I tripped and fell forward and took a stump to the face on my way down due to my legs and arms being tied up that also preventing me from catching myself or breaking my fall. My glassses [that i got at this place] were the only thing that saved me from loosing my eye. They were gorged on the right side real deeply from the shard pieces sticking up on the stump. They didn't break though and I am 100% sure they saved me from loosing my eye. Today when i called to find out how much it was going to cost me to replace them, I was eventually told they would be covered by this company and the place where they sent out for the glass lens to be made. I highly suggest that anyone just pay the extra $50 for replacement insurance for your glasses in case something like this happens to you. I did not pay for this insurance and they covered my glasses anyways because of who they sent the glass lens off to and their own most excellent service to their customers. These people at this business turned what was a horrible situation of me getting completely devastated with injuries [and completely destroying my glasses] into one where I now just have to concentrate on healing. Over 36 hours later, I am still seeing double vision but still had to write this review. But at least my glasses were covered when Lens Mart would not have had to cover them otherwise. They wanted to help me and made the extra effort to make a few phone calls!! In the 3 months that i had my new glasses from this place, I had told several people these glasses were the best glasses I had ever had my entire life [at 53 years old]. I was so impressed with these glasses, and yet, just as disappointed when they were destroyed when I fell. During my initial appointment, these people were super friendly and effiecent in getting me in and out of there in short order. They seemed to have higher standards, quality frames and what eventually turned out to be also "super strong glass lens" that saved my eye sight. I still can't believe they didn't break when nearly a whole 1 mm was gouged out of them straight down the middle from top to bottom of the lens!! So, It does appear there realy are great people and companies left in todays world that we live in but people/customers have to seriously take note of and let others know who rises above and beyond the regular call of duty. This is a HUGE THANK YOU to Lens Mart, the Optometrist Doctor I saw, as well as to the super kind receptionists who work there. You gals truely rock and made my whole day!! In fact, you made my whole past 3 months and hopefully with many more to come after i get my glasses back!!
