Clarkson Eyecare

Months after my visit, I am suddenly being bombarded with texts and emails saying I have a bill from clarkson eyecare that I know I paid. I even have a receipt and called the online billing company, and they said they could see that I paid, but that it would take a week or two to fix the issue. Any business that can't handle your money and keep track of the fact that you paid should not be in operation. Also, don't bother trying to use the chat feature on the billing company, it's just an AI that makes stuff up. The people are nice, but the doctor didn't give me the correct prescription until I came back because of headaches and eye strain, and they can't even keep their billing straight. I will never come back here again.

Worst billing system I've seen, been dealing with false bills with made up charges and numbers for 2 yrs now. Doesn't matter how many times I go up there and they say its resolved, another bill shows up. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

Hannah did a great job caring for me and explored all my options. I'm happy with what I'm getting and excited for my glasses to come in. Definitely will be coming back.

It was pleasant. I love that I can see extremely well. I need to get use to the new glasses. Nevertheless, I am happy with them.

Clarkson Eyecare Overland was great. The building was very organized and clean! Staff was excellent.

Been coming here for years. The support staff, themselves, are and were helpful and welcoming, but my perception of Dr. Multani(?) was as if she was a bit uninterested. No smiling, she was very monotone, very little interaction. I felt like i failed something lol. The honest truth is that the entire encounter was bland and quite awkward. Even at one point a staff member attempted to acknowledged a mistake that she'd just made and from Dr. Multani, I don't recall hearing a "Thank you" or a "no worries," nothing. She just kind of...walked away. This seemed to make her staff uncomfortable and sort of solidified that it wasn't just me. I'll do my best to be gracious because she was very knowledgeable of my eyes and this was our first time meeting, but first impressions are everything. If we're expected to interact with and patronize Clarkson in the future, there needs to be some changes. In today's society, we can't keep prioritizing profits over customer service. It happens EVERYWHERE anymore and the last place I'd want to feel dismissed at is with a doctor. I'm not expecting my medical professionals to be jovial or excessively cheerful, but I also don't want to feel like a burden. Gauge the vibe and patient's demeanor. If they're angry or disrespectful, then by all means, be more assertive and firm. If they're not, however, crack a joke, smile, SOCIALIZE! Don't make me feel like the end is near lol. My recommendation might be some coaching on interpersonal skills, and guidance with ensuring that the patients feel comfortable.
