I love the visionclinic in Ozark.!! Everyone when you walk in the door are friendly and very thorough. The girl that does the measurements along with the doctor to an excellent job of taking care of your eyes. The person where you order your glasses is never pushy but gives good suggestions. Let you know a particular type of frame that you're looking for where to look for it. Let you know exactly what the insurance will pay so that you know how to choose. Best place I've been to and many many years

The back end people were great. The glasses are way to expensive if I would've gotten glasses after insurance it still would've cost me $750 and that would've left me with a $150 for a month to live on. So no way will I ever be able to get glasses there or anywhere at that price

The staff were so friendly and nice as always. I have been a patient at the Vision Clinic for years and was so sad when Dr Stephen Rice retired. I was also very nervous to get a new doctor. However, after seeing Dr Katie Galbraith, I am extremely happy.
Dr. Katie Galbraith was awesome. She is very personable and easy to talk to. She had obviously gone over my chart and was familiar with my past history before seeing me for my appointment. She was very thorough, discussed everything and made sure I didn't have any questions. I felt like a real person whom she was glad to see and talk with; and not a chart to be checked off the list of patients for the day.
I am very excited to have Dr. Galbraith providing my future care.

I came in with some vision problems and everyone from the front desk staff to the ladies dispensing frames were awesome! Within a very short period of time, the doctor determined that I had some cataract issues and led me through the process. I'll be seeing a referred doctor soon to take care of the issue. I've been going to this office for quite a long time and it's always the same excellent care, service and attention to detail. The only place I and my family will go for vision care.

Called and told them early on what I needed. They acted liked it was no big deal. Turns out, they don't do it at all. If they would have told me upfront I would have made other plans.They were sure to take a picture of the back of my eye before telling me they couldn't do what the focal point of me being there was then charging me and my insurance.
Wouldn't have drove 40 minutes if they would have told me upfront they don't do it.
