I had a great experience here. Everyone in the office was so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor was very helpful and explained everything clearly during my exam. The whole visit was smooth and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

I keep getting this bill from their corporate and the office cannot seem to get it canceled since it was a duplicate. Have talked to them 3 times but their corporate billing keeps sending emails says i own this bill. I really like the friendly staff at Perryville, but judging by corporate i am considering changing my provider. I'm tired of fighting with their unrelenting coporate billing system. Clarkson Eyecare corporate is ridgid systems which seem to ignore mistakes and cannot correct them.

I had an emergency situation and needed a contact. The staff treated me inhumane. The doctor had left early and the manager was off duty and they refused to call them even though it was an emergency. My Home Town doctor was in communication with them, but they said it would be illegal to give me a contact. I don't think that was true because I was able to get one and the neighboring town 30 miles away. The girls showed compassion and gave me two sample contacts to get by so that I could drive to a.Very important event. I would like to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General for their absolute lack of concern. They put me in others in danger because I could not see to drive.

Was 1 minute late for a medical eye exam for double vision and was turned away by office lady after the Dr. Came out and told her right in front of me that id have to reschedule. Very very disappointed in Clarkson Eyecare Dr. at this location.

Every single staff member was super friendly. Service was fast. I was pretty indecisive on what frames to pick-but I didn't feel rushed @ all. She even helped me by giving her feedback and helped me find the exact pair (plus 1 more) ;) I would defiantly recommend.
