I found the doctor pleasant and very caring . Her whole demeanor was wonderful as well as the other 2 ladies except , I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out at first because Brandy's comment was " if you touch any glasses , we have to sanitize them ". I almost walked back out. In the end , I saw a mother with two daughters touching everything in sight, so I understand the hassle of cleaning the glasses then she asked my daughter if she needed help after she'd been sitting at the same table for 35min. While I was being seen. I think she really didn't realize how she came across. A suggestion maybe next time grab a basket like the doc did and say help yourself to whatever you'd like to try on. That's a tactful way of saying it. One person makes a difference. Thank you Doc, so much for your kindness

I ordered a pair of glasses for my son from the Jordan Valley about a mile from here. The glasses did not come with a case or cleaning cloth. They also did not have one available for me to purchase. I went to Walmart and asked the ladies in the vision center if they had one I could buy from them. One of the ladies just grabbed what I needed for my son, smiled and told me to have a nice day. I really appreciate that lady and how easy she made things for me. Thank you ma'am! You absolutely rock!!

The first set of glasses I got I was supposed to be able to see "better" than 20/20. The did not take me serious about them being wrong when I tried them on. Went and walked in the next day to have them fixed. I told 3 people working that it was only the right eye lense that was messed up. They wouldn't admit until the end that they had messed up and blamed it on my bad eye sight. They said they were off on my measurements by a little and that "sometimes it doesn't make a difference but sometimes it makes a big difference". Then they said "it's weird because it was the right one and you said left" Again, I had told 3 employees that it was my right lense. Then they call me to come pick up my replacement glasses, luckily I called them back because I then discovered they only has one pair of the two pairs I was supposed to receive. If I hadn't called back I would of driven 40 minutes for half of my order. They said the other pair would be in the next day. This was not true.
They can't own up to their mistakes. I recommend a different eye center as I will not be going back here again. Lack of customer service skills and taking responsibility.

Completely useless. Didn't want to provide an eye exam even though three of them were standing around doing nothing besides talking to each other. All I wanted was a decent pair of new glasses, and they clearly did NOT want to bother with me.

Had two go back to get my eyes rechecked prescription is still off I'm going to have to go another optometrist .... Don't really recommend this place two of the workers are extremely nice and helpful but the rest are kinda pr#cks to be honest . Drs are nice and sincere but after having my eyes checked twice and still can't see a street sign after them say my vision is better than 20/20 with this prescription ... I recommend a different Wal-Mart vision center or another optometrist all together .
