I went because they carried a particular frame I was interested in, but was skeptical because they were in a mall. Could not have been more wrong! I have been to high end places for exam and glasses, even private ophthalmologists. By far, VisionWorks was best. I spent approximately the same amount for exam and TWO pairs of glasses as I paid from everywhere else and they were efficient and on time. From here on, I'll see my private ophthalmologist for my medical eye issues and stick with VisionWorks for everything else. NOT sorry I went! Best ever!

I haven't been to another Eye Center where the service was so customized, professional and informative. The staff are great always helpful in understanding the Right fit of frames for me my insurance benefit and my prescription.... Which are all things that seem to change every year. LOL! We live about 50 minutes away If there are closer eye hunters, but we still drive the distance to go to this one because it's worth it every time.

However, it was Frank that actually took the time to work with me on getting fitted for my contacts.
