Two yrs ago it took several tries and another eye examine to get my glasses correct to where i could see!!...i understand mistakes are made...Dr. Barnett has been my eye dr for several years now so i went for my 2 year examine but this time i was very disappointed bc i ordered frames a little smaller than my previous glasses but when i received them they were bigger frames...i am a small framed person so why would i want glasses bigger than my face?!!!...i have had bifocals for years so i know how to use my bifocals correctly but with these new glasses my bifocals aren't even in line correctly...when i called i was told by Cortni that a posty note that goes with the glasses and Dr's order and the frames i received were correct....no they were not the correct frames Cortni!! and you were rude about it when we spoke about my frames!!....Dr. Barnett is a kind man and cares about his patients but im now stuck with these frames that are bigger than my face bc i can't afford a new pair of glasses and bc of the rudeness from Cortni i will not be back and i will find me a new eye dr....
