Dr. Mark Wade used to teach, and you can tell in the way he thoroughly explains the pictures of your eye to you, in a way you can understand, and he's patient with children. All of the office staff were really nice as well. The only thing I would change is that the rows of glasses are locked, and you have to keep asking the staff to get up from helping other customers to unlock the row you want to try on. Although it was inconvenient for everyone, my family and I had a great experience.

My mother and I both needed eye exams that we were overdue for. We have a crazy schedule and were able to get in next day! The staff was very professional, friendly, and made the process quick and painless. As for the Dr. He was wonderful and had a great bedside manner so to speak. We will continue to use their location even though we have ones closer to us. 11 out of 10 highly recommend!

They do dont call you when glasses are ready. They sit there until you call in after 2 weeks when they say they'll be ready. They as in the person or persons that come to get my child for his exam. They dont greet me at all and Im the parent.Only my child when they take my child back for his exam.Their frame selection (outside of medicaid frames) is slim. They dont offer free solution. I went in 2 days after they were ready and had to stand there and wait for a woman to dig through 2 bins of glasses and I was on slim timing. They need a better order system for completed glasses instead of tossing them in top of each other. Never, ever again,everrrrr!!!!!

This crown vision office in Saint Ann Mo is beyond 5 star . The staff is so friendly and patient and knowledgeable. The office is very clean and organized and Dr Wade is an outstanding Dr . I have retinol deterioration and he makes sure I am seeing as much as he possibly can allow me to see with corrective lenses . He is patient and takes time to answer any questions I may have . . I appreciate him so much .
