Dr. Kayli Schwamb is the BEST!!! She has been my eye doctor for years. Professional, kind, patient, and explains everything thoroughly. Even though I moved 745 miles away, she is the only physician that I did not change. As long as I visit my family home throughout the year, Dr. Schwamb will continue to be my optometrist!!!

I have been going to this location for a couple of years and my service has been fantastic! Dr Schwamb is an excellent doctor who has addressed all of my questions with energy and a smile. Jadyn is the store manager at this location and she has really helped me out as far as frames go. I had to return on a few occasions for adjustments and in the end, it all worked out beautifully. She is the best! Excellent customer service! Thank you so much!

I just picked up my new glasses and they are perfect for me. I can see much better than with my old ones, so I'm glad I went in when I did. The staff helped me pick out the right frames, and I really liked some of the new styles they just received. Dr. Schwamb found the right prescription and took the time to listen to my concerns about my vision. I highly recommend Clarkson Eyecare at Town & Country Crossing.

Staff is always very helpful. Dr. Fyizza and technician Ian were great during our family's eye examination.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this office. I was billed $144 for contact lenses I never ordered, and with insurance my total charges are already over $280. On top of that, I require multifocal contacts, but instead of providing me with a proper exam and prescription, the doctor asked me to supply my previous prescription so she could use it. I went in on July 3rd, and weeks later I still don't have my updated prescription. She told me it would be uploaded into their portal, but it never was, even after we spoke again this past Wednesday. This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I would advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. Dr. Abbas is outstanding and delivers care with compassion and thoroughness.

I scheduled a new patient appointment on May 14th and was given a time for June 3rd at 11:30 AM. I showed up early--at 11:15--only to be told they were running 30 minutes behind. Not ideal, but I agreed to wait because I had already taken time off work and, as a six-months pregnant woman, this appointment was important to me. Then things went from bad to worse. When they tried to check me in, the receptionist said she couldn't find me in the system. Instead of taking any accountability, the staff--condescendingly asked if I was at the right location. I showed her the confirmation email I had received directly from Clarkson Eyecare, confirming the correct location and time. Despite having clear proof of my appointment, I was told they couldn't see me. No apology. No effort to make it right. Just a dismissive attitude and a complete lack of professionalism. This experience was not only a waste of my time and energy, it was incredibly frustrating and stressful--especially considering my current condition. I will never be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting Clarkson Eyecare with their time or care.
