Used to trust these people with my eye care until I had an appointment and the eye doctor blantenely said " hopefully you'll be dead before you go blind"! I recently called to confirm my next appointment and the lady talked to me like she was having a melt down right there on the phone. Very argumentative and considered me less important because of my insurance. Very unprofessional all the way around. If u want to be able to see, I don't recommend this judgmental and ,condisendent business. Very poor people skills as of today. Never again

Greatly appreciate the professionalism of this establishment. Dr. Harris is knowledgable and easy to talk to, the techs do their jobs professionally and the frame selection is excellent. Prices are a bit high but for the quality of care and treatment, well worth every penny. Going to Walmart Eyecare, you get what you pay for. Going to Premier, you'll be saying "Why did I wait so LONG to go to a decent place?"

Went to pick up glasses after 3 weeks of waiting and they couldn't find them. Finally someone said she must of misplaced them. When trying on the bow went straight back and when brought to her attention that they just slide off she says " looks good to me" and continued to go about what she was doing. She didn't bother to look at them even after expressing my dissatisfaction and also about the bifocal placement (you'd have to be cross eyed for them to work). She still offered no resolution and said "go to Walmart and get glasses". She was so very rude. So $600 in the drain I will definitely not be returning!! UPDATE 11/02/23: for the record Dr Thompson was a Very good optometrist and the ladies that assist with the exam!! It's too bad one person has to put a bad taste in your mouth!! The entire situation has been rectified by Dr Thompson

The doctor may have made a mistake with my prescription. But, when he realized this he had me come back in and fixed the issue. Friendly staff, i wouldn't mind going here but im not so sure i would recommend it until i get my second pair of glasses back.

Pretty bad at getting appointments made, they wont make you an appointment unless it's at LEAST 2 months later and when you need glasses or contacts you cant get them until then. They are also pretty slow especially here in Trenton, and will claim you're late even when you're not just to make you wait even MORE months so if you need any form of vision especially somewhat urgently, I recommend going somewhere else.
