Need to learn how to bill insurance and look at benefits. My insurance covers contact fittings and they wanted to charge me and said insurance companies don't cover that. I had my coverage pulled up... maybe train your people.

The front staff was friendly. My tech was thorough and calm. The Dr. He was refreshingly down to earth. He checked his work to make sure all was ok. I asked him if my illness could cause an issue with my eyes. He did not know much about the illness but he impressed me by looking up more information. I had a hard time picking out frames they were VERY patient with me. Dr even came out to help me find a frame. Never had that happen before. I will go back again.

Everything went well. But the receipt was inaccurate. I was told everything was covered by insurance then I was told there was an extra charge for 44.00 on there that had to be removed by the Dr. then the day after appointment I received an email stating I owe 40.00. Why am I told one thing and something else happens?

The nurse & doctor were very nice,patient & helpful BUT I recently became wheelchair bound & still tryin 2 adapt 2 my wheelchair I thought I'd be in & out but I was wrong my caregiver & I was there a little over 2 HOUR'S my caregiver only gits paid for 4 hour's a day even though she was with me for 6 1/2 hour's she only gits paid for 4 & bc she stayed stayed with me she also missed her ride home

Service was prompt and friendly but was charged $357 for a routine eye exam with no prior disclosure of the costs involved when not using insurance. Had they been transparent about pricing, I clearly would have gone to any of several other choices for this service, all of which average 1/2 to 1/3 that price. Never returning to this location (or maybe company) again.
