Warm and helpful staff. Dr. Amanda Bissell is EXTEMELY knowledgeable and takes time to explain new diagnoses, treatment plan, and allows time for questions. Also very aware medication costs and will do what she can to make them as affordable as possible.
She's taken care of me for >4yrs and I adore her!

The doctor was excellent-I've always felt that Dr. Durham provides great care and is very knowledgeable and thorough. That being said, I was beyond frustrated with the staff for not being upfront about costs of tests and products. They tell you to sit down for a picture of your eye but do not inform you that it will be an additional charge. Then I was given contact solution at checkout as if it was included in the visit and when I received my receipt after I had paid I found a charge on the receipt for it. Transparency around pricing and consent for extra tests or products needs to improve or I will no longer be a patient at this practice.

I just love my local Clarkson Eyecare. The staff is so friendly and funny and Dr Durham is my absolute favorite. All the doctors there are top-quality, but I've been going to her for years. I have seen them all, and they are so detailed in their exams. I feel really lucky to have them so close by.

Miranda has also been such a pleasure to work with - she is helpful, honest, and very knowledgeable. We have had great experience with the eye doctors at this Clarkson location. I see Dr. Durham and she is consistently kind, clear, and thorough. She does a great job! My 7 year old daughter also saw Dr. Bissel this week and she was PHENOMENAL. She worked directly with my daughter, asked her questions, let her explain what she was experiencing, and even got the eye drops in with no issues. We highly recommend both doctors!
