They were all kind even the doctor who checked my eyes he was very kind and caring I recommend coming to this place far above all the rest of the places in Billings Montana I was greeted as soon as I came in the door and my weight was not long at all

Dr. Carrington-Heller is a wealth of knowledge, professional, and incredibly down to earth. If I could give these lovely folks more stars, I definitely will. Best place I've been to for an eye exam!! The entire office is one of the most kindest, efficient, skilled and welcoming offices I have been in. The entore exam experience was comprehensive, all my questions were answered, and I was even given eye care advice I didnt realize I needed. No one made me feel rushed northough they were in a rush; I felt as though I was their only patient that day. Hands down the best service by the entire team. 100% recommend!!

You cost me a lot of extra expense. I had one visit there and never liked how I couldn't see out of my new glasses, even though I went back several times. When I went back to my original doctor, I needed different prescriptions. You did not use Mai Jim to replace the lenses in my prescription sunglasses so I had to buy new frames. For the reading glasses, you did not use frames that I could replace the lenses. Between the additional and significant costs and poor correction to my eyes, I was very disappointed!!
