Heights Eyecare

$249 for an appointment here - go to Costco instead and save your money. They cancelled an appointment last minute right before Christmas then made us wait a month before they could get us in again. When we checked out they informed us they no longer do cash pay discounts. No discount for them cancelling last minute but if we do the same thing they charge full price for the appointment...... $249 for an eye exam that took less than a half hour all together. No prescription required... 20/20 vision!

Great doctor, friendly staff, lots of frames to pick from. Should be 5 stars but there was confusion over the lens coating and when I called to ask questions I couldn't get direct answers. That felt like a fumble. It was not a helpful call, I did not feel heard or listened to. I don't recommend getting the coatings because of this, but I can recommend everything else with the experience. New glasses are beautiful even if they aren't quite what I thought they would be.

GREAT CARE TEAM AND KIMBALL IS AMAZING. Backstory: I was diagnosed with Keratoconus which required a surgery on both of my eyes and some specialized scleral lenses for vision correction. The team at Heights Eyecare was beyond perfect. Everyone was very professional and kind. I usually struggle with anxiety, but not once did I ever feel anxious or uncomfortable around their care. Kimball is an expert, through and through. He was very thorough, even if it meant extra work for himself. I've noticed some doctors will rush things, and settle with a good solution, as opposed to the best solution. Kimball is not that type of doctor. I definitely feel as though he has taken every step necessary to ensure my vision needs are fully taken care of. As someone who's had uncorrectable vision for a majority of my life, I can't thank these guys enough!

My last visit was a great experience. Doctor was wonderful, Nadiia, who assisted with the process, was absolutely exceptional. Love my new glasses.

Way over priced. Only offered fancy high-end brand frames that were all basically the same shape. Sales person on the floor was very pushy while I was trying to pick out frames. Didn't call to inform me my glasses were ready and I had to call them repeatedly to find out. Then the nose pieces of my over $200 frames fell apart like a month later, which the walmart eye center kindly replaced for free with higher quality nose pieces for free. The anti-glare coating began chipping off after about a month. I did not address either of these issues, which is my own fault, but my initial experience was so negative that I had no desire to return. Go somewhere else and get better care for a much better price.

My family has been going to Heights Eyecare for many years. The doctors are very professional and their staff is the best. We have been pleased with the quality of the glasses and contacts and how efficiently they handle our appointment time. We never have to wait more than a few minutes to see the doctor and the glasses and contacts come very quickly.

Great Eyecare and everyone who works there are very friendly and attentive to the needs of all patients. You are welcomed the second you walk in and directed to exactly where you need to go. All aspects of your visit is very professional and you are treated as someone who means something beyond just a number. Getting new frames and lenses is very quick. I got mine in less than a week. They have taken care of my family for the 11 years we lived in Billings. I have moved to Rapid City, SD but will still come back to Heights Eyecare for all my vision needs. I recommend them to anyone needing Eyecare.

My husband and I have always had exceptional service at Heights Eyecare. Exams are very complete, personnel are professional and helpful. Dr. Kimball has worked diligently with my husband's many eye problems and referred him to other specialists when appropriate. We feel very comfortable and confident in having our eyecare needs handled by Heights Eyecare!
