I was greeted by a courteous professional assistant to the optometrist. She explained the pre exam with me and what she was doing. When I saw the optometrist, he also explained the eye exam and it wasn't rushed. He was professional and very nice to me. He found another cataract in my left eye which I had no idea I had. He explained how I would need cataract surgery to remove both cataracts in each eye and explained the procedure. Over all even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear, I still had a good appointment today

Our experience at Total Eye Care completely changed our view (pun intended ) on eye care! These staff was friendly and very easy to talk with. I felt like they truly listened to our concerns. Well my dad brought my son to get his glasses done when I called they said they took Medicaid then when they got there, they were informed that they would only do the eye exam. They don't offer glasses. I called to tell them that they should probably let people know the lady on the phone said I was trying to argue with her when I was not trying to argue with her. I was trying to explain it to her that she should definitely let people know as I live an hour away and my dad had to take the day off of work. I felt that she was very unprofessional and again I was not trying to argue. I was trying to explain it to her and a simple apology would've been sufficient.
