Amazing customer service and exam. All of the staff are kind, professional and knowledgeable. Daisy had to hold me down to get me over my anxiety and fear of exam machines. What a strong girl in a small package, impressive. Joey is a treasure. Jenn is incredible. Both are really awesome. Dr. Kim is the best. She is so smart and answers every question, never rushing and has found issues that other doctors didn't. She truly cares and is the only doc I would trust with my vision.

What a gem this place is. They were so accommodating to our families schedule. We were greeted and made feel welcome. Staff offered my kiddos Capri Suns, it was a nice little touch. The eye exams were straight forward and easy. Our new go to spot for our yearly exams!

The best experience I have had in a longtime! Everyone was pleasant, kind and helpful! Dr. Kim was very easy to talk to and has a wonderful personality! Put my at ease the minute she came in the door! Gave wisdom to help me decide what was best for me! Highly recommend them!

The entire staff is absolutely amazing! I look forward to my appointment with Dr Kim and getting to see everyone at Vision Optical every year! It's a lovely environment with friendly staff who is very knowledgeable and helpful. You just feel like an old friend or family! I am grateful to have Vision Optical for my vision care/needs!

Absolutely love my choice of clinic! I haven't gone anywhere else for the last 5 years; they remember me every time and offer personable and caring service for me and every client every time. Their lobby is also of refined taste

Dr Kim was personable, professional and very thorough. I would give her 5 stars however the staff was very unprofessional. I was the first appointment of the day and had to wait 30 min while they vacuumed and opened shop. When I was sent to a corner to wait I had a girl sit at a desk and told me I could come grab a clip board to fill out. While I filled it out she sat at the desk until I finished. Still not making any eye contact she said "you can bring that to me". I got up walked the three steps and handed it to her. Still no eye contact she grabbed it, flipped it over and commented how I don't even finish it. Not realizing there was a back she was right. She told me to come back and get the clip board again. And we ran the same dialogue again. Not once did she make eye contact or offer any customer service. When the paperwork was finished she sat at her desk and said I could go to the room behind me. I brought myself to the room, found a place to put my purse in the dark unfamiliar room, and sat myself down. When she went to clean off the equipment she realized the cleanser was empty and left to go restock. She came back and performed the tests without much guidance then sounded frustrated saying I must have blinked so now she had to do it again. When I was able to see Dr Kim it was a total shift. She was great and professional, great customer service and very personable. When I finished I went out to look at frames as they sat at their desks and I had to ask for help. Once I asked for help they were helpful with opinions on frames. When I asked for a price they looked it up, don't give me any insurance coverage information, and simply passed me a sticky note with my cost written on it with a maker. No breakdown costs at all. I really do feel I got a great exam from Dr Kim but unfortunately the rest of the experience was a total fail.

I've been going to the eye doctor for almost 60 years. This has been the best experience I've ever had I would recommend them hardly do anyone even people I don't like. The confidence and the expertise left me feeling it I'm a good hands everyone that works there was helpful kind and thoughtful. You guys are the best and gals

Dr Kim and the entire staff at Vision Optical are incredible! So welcoming, knowledgeable, thorough with your exam, and it literally feels like going to visit old friends at every appointment. My husband and I have been coming here for years. Always a fantastic inventory of glasses and sunglasses to choose from too. Convenient location and easy parking. 10/10 would recommend!!
