WH Vision

I went in to order my contacts. I do not get my eyes checked here but my Dr. does not take Humana so I order my contacts thru WH. I asked for a copy of my son's prescription and was given one with no comment. When my son went to order contacts way cheaper online he was told it was not a contact prescription When he called WH they would not give him a copy of his prescription they refused to do it. They said it needed to be finalized within 6 months of his appt. They said the Dr. didn't feel comfortable doing it I'm sure if we had ordered thru them it would have been.fine but they were almost double the cost. The Federal Trade Comission.has a law that states the consumer must be given a copy of his prescription at the close of his appointment and anytime thereafter It is called the Eyeglasses Rule. Not only did they not follow it they gave me a wrong prescription.deliberately. Later Lenscrafters called me and told me I had left a bad review on their website and they wanted it off I told them I had.not left any review. Why they decided to call me I don't know. How they even got my number I don't know. They said they have no relationship with WH vision. This is.obviously not true as you have to go thru Lenscrafters lobby to even get in there If you business with these people be sure you know your rights as a consumer Get a copy of your prescription immediately. And shop for a better deal I go to Bauer Clausen They are right down the street and honest

All staff were amazing. They didn't get frustrated at me for blinking multiple times they did their absolute best. Provider was also amazing.

All the people in the office are just amazing. I was in and out of there in a 1/2 hour. This was my second eye exam and both experiences were great. Thank you!

Terrible experience with this practice! First off, I received a call stating that I couldn't schedule an appointment because I had visited an eye doctor within the past year. The issue is, I haven't seen an eye doctor in over 9 years! After a lot of back and forth, it turns out they had contacted the wrong patient. This could be a HIPAA violation, which is extremely concerning. To make matters worse, they then started asking for my family's and my personal social security numbers. While I provided mine, I don't think an eye doctor should need this kind of sensitive information for a routine appointment. Unorganized, unprofessional, and a serious breach of privacy. I would strongly advise against trusting this practice with your personal information

The staff was very helpful in getting me a price, and helping me get my contacts in and out for the first time. They were patient with me and the Dr. was very supportive of my desire to want contacts for the first time. Amazing team!

Dr. Pope is awesome! She is a very dedicated, experienced doctor. The staff is very kind and caring! I give them a rating!

Very thorough and comprehensive exam. Doctor is friendly and personable. She explains everything well. I feel well cared for in this practice.
