Dr Holley is an excellent surgeon and eye health care provider. He also works with a professional staff to meet the needs of patients. He came highly recommended to me and I wasn't disappointed. I received the information I needed from his office to make my own eye care decisions, and then we discussed the options before treatment. I was well cared for during all of my pre-surgical exams, and all through my surgeries and then at my follow up exams. The facilities are spacious and well thought out, and the appointments are well organized. It was a very positive experience. My thanks to everyone who assisted me.

I think Dr Holly is good actually I think he's great. He's at an age where he could be my grandson. I think he is a great doctor, he has done very well for me all of the crew there at the office they are just great so friendly and, and so good at what they do on their jobs they are great. They are super helpful. What more can I say, except that I hate having to go there because of my problem.

I would be weary to set up an appointment at this location. I set up a first-time appointment at this location to establish care and drove an hour each way to attend. Upon arrival, I was told that the appointment would only take 30 minutes and I'd be set to be on my way in time to get back to my town an hour away. After 30 minutes in the waiting area, I checked back in with the front desk and was told that the team was running extremely behind and that I would not be able to be seen in the time I was scheduled. Unfortunately, I had to drive back to my town by a certain time and did not end up being able to be seen.
I understand that appointments run behind. But, I had communicated early on and asked how long the appointment time scheduled would take and gave myself ample time on each end of that to drive to and from. It was extremely frustrating to drive two hours total for no appointment. I took time off of work and used quite a bit of gas for this appointment. I will not be rescheduling and would not recommend that others come here.

When learning of my need to find a new Optometrist In Montana, I searched for a group that had the most in-house specialties. Dr. Holley was recommended as the Doctor who specializes in Seniors, and treatment of cataracts. Today's visit and examination mirrored my 50 years of previous Optometry group's high tech and skill experience in California. But I was most impressed and grateful for his patience, interest in my life, and flexibility going forward with future procedures. He understands my concerns for Intermountain travel and will help me navigate the safest and easiest path going forward. An added plus was to have in-house Optical Tech Tara adjust the fit on three pairs of my glasses as a courtesy; thank you!!
