My fiance has been calling for over a month to get glasses. And she has been getting insane headaches and can't drive. And they refuse to call back or let us know where they are.. absolutely horrible service. And terrible work ethic. And absolutely liars. Never going here again. Highly suggest avoiding this place.

I've never had a bad experience with them. I've used them for four years now. I call, they get me in, usually within a week. They take care of my daughters and husband as well. I love that it's in town! Highly recommend.

The worst place to go for customer service! I am all for shopping at local places but if you can't treat local patrons right you need to be poorly rated. I was told 2 weeks and glasses would be in, at 3 weeks called and they said they weren't in yet, 4 weeks called and they said oh didn't anyone call they been here a week now. Told contacts would be in again 2 weeks. Month later I call, oh they are on back order (Don't bother to tell you this) 2 more weeks call again not open left a message they call me back oh didn't anyone call you they have been in a while now. Did I mention the half dozen times I stopped at the store to check but they never are open during their posted open time. Never using them again!
