Helena Vision Center PC

I recently moved back to Helena and needed to establish a new eye doctor. I had gone to the Helena Vision Center as a child and young adult, so decided to find a new doctor here, because mine had retired since I had moved. Honestly, I'm 50 and have had the need to see the eye doctor yearly since about age 7. This was the first time in all of my life that I was given drops do dilate my eyes BEFORE my eye exam. It did affect my ability to see for my exam. It's also the first time in all of my life that I had to make a second appointment to come back for a test to check my peripheral vision. Very weird. I'm not sure I'll be returning to the Helena Vision Center next year. The experience was definitely off putting.

Dr. Henriksen and her staff at Helena Vision are amazing! It's obvious she cares about your eyes and health. I've been seeing her for years and it's always a great experience.

I had a wonderful experience here with the staff and Dr. Hedge. The facility was clean, organized and well run. Everyone was kind, professional and took their time. I never felt like they were trying to rush through my appointment to get to the next patient, which I appreciate. All my questions were given the time to be thoroughly answered. It is $215 for a new patient Without insurance, but you do get a 10% discount if you pay the day of your appointment. I would recommend them to a friend.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Nottingham, his staff and the beautiful new Helena Vision Center clinic. Nottingham is always patient and curious. Asks a lot of questions, is very thorough. Definitely qualified; he's done postgraduate training, an optometric clinical residency program; not all ODs have done that. I had complicated eye problems beginning about 4 years ago and he provided the breakthrough answers and referral to a specialist in Missoula. He was a godsend. I feel very lucky to have him on my roster! Highly recommend him.

I had an outstanding experience at Helena Vision Center, beginning with the ability to be scheduled for a same day appointment! Dr. Hedges was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, ensuring I understood my eye care options. After my exam, Kayla helped me select a pair of prescription sunglasses. She was incredibly kind and helpful, providing me multiple options. I never felt rushed, and her compassionate approach made me feel completely at ease. The entire team and Helena Vision Center goes above and beyond to provide top-notch care. I highly recommend them for your eye care needs!

This was my first time at Helena Vison Center. I called on Tuesday and was given an eye exam appointment on Thursday. The staff was absolutely incredible! Big shout out to Dr. Hedge's and her entire team, Justina, Deanna, Kayla and McKayla! They have the BEST customer service in Helena by far! I would recommend them to anyone looking for impeccable customer service and timely visits. Thank you all again for being so amazing! I can't wait for my new glasses.

Dr. Henriksen treats you like more than just a pair of eyes - she ensures you are dialed in with just the right eye prescription (or no prescription if that's right!). There is no one I would rather trust with my vision.

The staff are always friendly and organized. Dr. Nottingham is awesome! I have never been someone who wears contacts due to my astigmatism. They have a new brand of lenses that are exclusive to their clinic that are a game changer for me. Thank you for always providing top quality patient care.
