Have been a patient for over a year and the staff is great. I have a rare eye disease and I feel like they do a great job with accommodating me.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. Starting from my first phone call to get scheduled I was already impressed with how caring and kind the staff was. They were also able to get me in within a timely manner. Secondly, when I arrived at the office for my appointment, the staff was again, absolutely fantastic. Everybody is very nice, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. I was previously at a different eye Care place in town that I had a very very bad experience with. My prescription was wrong on both my contacts and my glasses, I had numerous visits that were literally never documented. So therefore this other place never even knew what my prescription was. Quality vision care was impressive right off the bat. I've never had a more comprehensive eye exam in my life. Dr Melton is incredibly good at what she does and she works hard to make sure that you are getting the correct prescription whether it's contacts or glasses. And, she fixed my prescription because I've had the wrong prescription for a year. I am recommending everyone I know to come to quality Vision Care because I had such an amazing experience with them. I also work in the medical field so the functionality of their processes was impressive to me as well.

This is the best eye doctor and staff I have ever had. Won't be wandering, trying to find another after you see them. Super doctor and staff that engages you.

I feel very nickel and dimed. I spent $900.00 between exam and lenses for glasses. I thought this was crazy high. I had a new pair of frames I purchased in Denver, I love them, honestly their selection of frames was very dated. They agreed to replace lenses all was good. The lens is held in by a small screw and it fell out. No big deal, however when I went into have that screw replaced they said ok but it will be 5.00. I realize the 5.00 isn't much but what happened to customer service. This 5.00 cost them a customer.

I have been here twice now and each time was the best experience. Even calling and making the appointment was an excellent experience. They are very knowledgeable , patient, and kind! Was able to get an appointment booked for the next week and little to no wait time for the appointment. Very impressed and happy to find high quality care that I will also be bringing my kids here for their eye exams.

I am from out of town, and I actually had a Country and I needed my sunglasses put back together because a lens popped out and the staff here were amazing and helped me out with no problems. It was a lovely environment, and I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs eye care.

One of the worst experiences i've ever had . I took my prescription here to get my frames and they made a mistake and put the wrong prescription in for my glasses.So when I went back to pick them up a week later, I could not see out of them.They were super blurry . I told the lady I couldn't see and there was something wrong and she told me.No, they are right.Just give them a couple of days.Your eyes will adjust . . . I knew that something was not right so I had to go to another eye doctor that did my exam with my new glasses and he told me the glasses do not match my prescription . I had to go back to quality eye care and tell them they were made wrong and a lady that works there named megan was super rude and told me, I may have to pay out of pocket to fix the mistake they made. she did not apologize for their mistake at all and told me since I have medicaid they only covers one pair of glasses a year and so I may have to pay out of pocket for the mistake they made . I was really upset leaving i cried. It took a while for my new glasses to come in from getting fixed and I went to go pick them up, and that same lady megan was super rude to me again to the point that I just got in my car and left . I called the next morning, right When they opened to make sure that lady megan was not going to be there so I can go pick up my glasses because she was so rude to me . The man I talked to was super nice and said no she is not here so I went and picked up my glasses and everything was fine . I'm not sure how everybody loves this place.It was one of the worst experiences i've ever had .

I had to switch to this eye care center due to time constraints and I must say I am impressed!!! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and VERY friendly. The optometrist here is absolutely amazing and cares for her patients. She took extra time to ensure I get the correct contact fit and made sure I was taken care of prior to my upcoming vacation. If you want a personal experience and thorough eye care, I would HIGHLY recommend!!!
