if I'm being honest, extremely poor customer service from majority of the staff, there are a few that are great.. others not so much. I've been dealing with glasses/contacts since 6 yrs old and I've never had this much trouble or had this long of a wait in receiving my products... tried to put it off on the insurance company however my mom has the same insurance and got hers quickly.. when paying for a product you'd think the providers wouldn't be so rude. UPDATE: My products finally came in and they were still extremely rude to me about being persistent in receiving my glasses and insisted it was the insurance companies fault. Upon calling my insurance provider turns out Kootenai Vision is just rude and they slack off when it comes to doing their jobs, they did not place my order until 2 weeks after my visit. Thank God this wasn't an emergency situation. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have been going to Dr. Sorensen my entire life! He always pays attention to small details and truly cares about his patients. His staff has always been kind and courteous.

He's been my eye doctor since I was 6. And I will NEVER go anywhere else. I have complete and total faith in my eye doctor, he's awesome. The ladies in the office are pretty awesome too

They fit us in on an emergency basis because my son had a sliver on the inside of his eyelid. Great bedside manners. Quick procedure. Thanks Dr.!

Highway robbery AFTER insurance. I didn't even purchase glasses. When I call to reconcile my bill, no one picks up and they never call me back. Deplorable treatment and I'm never coming back here.

We've had a great experience here. The doctor has a great attention to detail.

Same bad experience that others encountered, they blamed everyone but themselves. Will never go back.
