Ashley took me in and checked my eyes first and she is a wonderful technician and I love the way she treated me and was so bright and professional and then I went to see Dr. Colbertson and she is amazing and incredible and wonderful.

Had my first eye checkup in decades several months ago.. meant to write this then.. Dr. Hess is top notch and gave me a full and thorough checkup. Great office and Staff too, and glasses available in the office!!

I would highly recommend this place, They are very nice and patient. This I know for a fact, as I put Adrian thru hell by having to try and get my glasses to fit for over 1 1/2 hours. Prisms are hard to work with, but she is very willing, and stayed pleasant thru out the whole thing. They also do call backs to make sure things are working okay. They are still a bit off, but I hate the idea of telling her that. I think the prescription is wrong, but I don't know if I can get another one, without paying another load of money.

They are the absolute best! Always courteous, very professional and I have never had to wait. Hannah is my favorite. I just can't say enough good about them. We are now living in AZ and still schedule our eye exams with Hannah when we come back for the summer.

The doctor is great, don't get me wrong.
The office staff has predatory financial practices, is pushy, borderline rude, and pushed me through an appointment that ended up not being approved by my insurance, even though I told them I would not do the appointment if insurance didn't cover it. Then they expected me to pay in full at the end of the appointment without any prior discussion on the subject.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone until the office manger and staff are replaced and have better practices.
When I pushed issues, I was basically told "too bad". It's unprofessional

I've stopped in here 3 times over the past year. They have helped me all 3 times with screw tightening, sunglass adjustments and adjusting the arms on my glasses to sit correctly when I wear them. The staff is amazing. Friendly as soon as you walk in the door to the time you walk out. Can not recommend this place enough. They are wonderful.
