North Valley Eye Care

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share how exceptional my experience was at North valley eye care. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The front desk person was warm, professional, and efficient--no long wait times or confusion with paperwork- did my paperwork before I went inn. The office was clean, modern, and welcoming, with a calming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease (no greasy feeling machines when you rest your chin on that plastic piece when they check your eye) Dr. Brittany Luksich is one of the most thorough and personable eye doctors I've ever met. They took the time to explain everything in clear terms, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the health of my eyes--not just rushed me in and out with a prescription. She asked me a ton of questions about my eyes. She even figured out that my chronic red eye was from sleeping with a fan on. I no longer had to try all these different drops, etc. Turn off the fan, dry eye gone! You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Also felt confident I was getting a very accurate prescription, and the selection of glasses and lenses in the office was fantastic--stylish options for all budgets. I really like they just took their time and didnt rush me out the door. There was no pressure to buy anything, or to upgrade lenses,, just honest guidance. It's rare to find a eye office that combines medical excellence with such great customer service. If you're looking for an optometrist who is knowledgeable, kind, and truly invested in your vision and overall experience, I highly recommend Dr. Brittany. I'm so glad I found them--and I won't be going anywhere else.

Great quality of care and frames! Dr. Breanna Barnes was very thorough with my eye exam which made me feel confident that my prescription would be perfect and answered all of my questions. North Valley Eye Care has lots of cute, trendy frame options to choose from if you're looking for something new. Brittany, the receptionist, was super welcoming and very helpful throughout my whole experience with getting set up as a new client to getting the perfect set of frames. I felt very safe in their office with all the precautions they took during this whole pandemic, and I am so happy I chose North Valley Eye Care!

Dr. Barnes sincerely cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen and is devoted to solving eye problems you may be experiencing; she's very thorough. I had been to other eye doctors, but Dr. Barnes is the one that solved my problem. I feel fortunate to have her for my eye doctor. Her staff is great and very helpful.

The diagnosis tools are excellent and As much as I fought tooth and nail to not have reading glasses, I love them! They look good feel good and work extremely well. It's fun to read again! Thank you North Valley Eyecare!

As a first time patient, I have been very pleased. Dr Barnes and staff were knowledgeable, helpful and quickly got exactly what I needed! I am happy to have found a practictioner I can stay with.

These ladies are all class, knowledge, and professional as they get. I've been to countless eye doctors in the Flathead and Missoula areas. Dr. Barnes is the only eye doctor I see now even though I live in Missoula. Don't waste your time looking around I'll save you the trouble and so will Dr. Barnes!

Nice and friendly staff. Dr. Barnes is very thorough and helpful. She takes the time to answer any questions . It's always a pleasant experience.

Great people providing great service, they always go the extra mile to make sure I have the most accurate And comfortable glasses/contacts for me and answer all my annoying questions with a great attitude. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
