Worst experience at an eye doctor ever. The doctor made my wife and kids so uncomfortable. After the appointment, the doctor kept refusing to give my wife the pupilary distance for my daughter so we can order through Zelle because they have an "Ecomony Program."
So you want us to pay for pictures that are not needed, not optional and not covered by insurance, want us to pay for $50 glasses marked up 400% and want to withhold information and shame us for needing it to buy affordable glasses just like one of your employees has to do. Scottsbluff will be well worth the drive. Good riddance.

Recently they made the optional test , part of their standard care. You now get charged 42.00 per person extra and insurance doesn't cover it. (They charge insurance 110) And They Don't Tell you.. I heard from another family before I showed up for an exam, and said I didn't want it, so I cancelled my appointment, and told my kids not to get their appointment here. We're not paying for something we don't need or want. Good luck, with your new business practice.

Tech does all the work. You see the doctor for 2 minutes. They do not know the correct information. And now when I tried to get my warranty lenses, they want my frame. How am I supposed to see.

Unpleasant experience. Called and tried to schedule an appointment in addition to inquiring on a trial pair of contacts to get me by until the appointment. After a couple call backs I was informed that I "already received a pair of trials back in November. So because of that you cant get any trial contacts until you are seen by our doctor"... I've never even stepped inside this business and informed them it wasn't me who received a pair of trials back in November. Receptionist said she would relay the information and call me back. Never got a call back. It's been a week.

Ordered personal and safety glasses. Paid over $900 out of pocket after insurance & safety glasses were subsidized by my employer.
First time I picked them up, the personal glasses and safety glasses had the wrong lenses in them and the side shields on the safety glasses were clearly not made for that frame & stuck way out in front, so returned to get it corrected. After waiting over a month, when I picked up again the safety glasses had the right lenses but still had mis-fit side shields. When I mentioned this, I was told in a snarky fashion that a different company makes the safety glasses so basically I get what I get. Of course the VERY FIRST day I wear them, the side shield catches on my jacket and breaks off because it sticks out so far........so now I only have my old pair for work.
Been going here for several years with no prior issues, but after this experience I'll be going elsewhere for my family's glasses etc. from now on.
