Doctors nice. Support staff are ignorant and hard headed. Support staff won't listen and won't take advice for simple things you have done for 50 years, like shipping. They rely on their "third party" to ship, ok, then their "third party" restricts claims on deliveries "supposedly" delivered, with no proof of delivery whatsoever. FedEx sends a picture of delivery Amazon sends a picture of delivery UPS sends a picture of delivery USPS does NOT deliver to my house Please provide "proof" of delivery. My security cameras run 24 hours per day 7 days per week No camera footage, not outages, cameras are cellular, not wifi, no internet outages either way. Please provide "proof" with a picture of delivery of over $400.00 of medical supplies. Nope, their "third party" restricts claims. Ridiculous, this means I can not make a claim to the shipping company. So they could have taken my money and sent me an empty box saying delivered. Please provide "proof" of delivery, and not an email, picture proof, because my cameras show nothing. My bank, JP Morgan Chase has refunded my money in whole. Good luck getting your medical supplies back, they are not mine any longer. Hope you find them. Doctors nice, support staff ignorant, they just won't listen and are hard headed.

I highly recommend Dr. Brenner and his staff! Everyone looking for that small town, make you feel like their family should go here! All the girls are friendly. They know who you are when you walk in. Dorthy is great at helping you pick out frames, and getting them just right when you pick up your glasses. My husband also is going there, and loves them! Dr. Brenner is very knowledgeable about the different eye problems we have in our family. Explains things very well! Thank you all!

When our family eye doctor retired, I despaired that we would ever find another I liked as well. I was wrong! Dr. Benner is always pleasant, professional and very patient--even when I have trouble deciding if "one" or "two" is better and cause him to cycle back and forth several times. He discovered I have an eye condition that needs special monitoring and I am extremely confident that he has the equipment and knowledge to track any relevant changes as I age. He is always optimistic and compassionate in our annual follow-up discussions, and I so appreciate that he is able to reassure me and answer all my questions. Now for the other reasons I love the Vision Care Clinic. Rita, Marcy, Jill and Dorothy! They are all so nice and I look forward to seeing them at each appointment. I appreciate that they are helpful when I am picking out frames, and let me try on as many as I want without being pushy or impatient. (And they laugh at my silly jokes . . . always a big + in my book! ) Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnd the glasses I get are always good. The prices are competitive, the quality is top-notch and most importantly, I CAN SEE! YAY!

Staff and physician are courteous and very helpful. They knew my insurance plan coverage, which was very helpful.

DR. Benner, O.D. is very friendly, honest, and thorough i feel very comfortable with him and his team. I was able to set up an appointment very easily and received great help from the staff about my insurance and got my glasses in no time.I would recommend vision eye care a great place to go.

My family and I were heading out of town on vacation. That morning, my eye was hurting so bad that I had a hard time keeping it open. It felt like I had something in it, but I couldn't see anything. I stopped by their clinic as an emergency. Alex Benner, O.D. examined my eye and to my surprise found that I had damaged my eye. There wasn't anything in it. He put an eye patch on my eye so I could continue on with my vacation and the 22 hour drive we were about to do. The eye patch was like wearing a clear contact lens and the drops dulled the pain. Long story short, we made it to our destination, had a wonderful vacation, and ended up seeing another eye doctor out there. The 2 of them worked together and determined that I had damaged my eye from having creosote land in it on one of my inspections a week or so prior. The creosote was toxic and caused my eye to become pitted. Together they were able to treat my eye properly. Upon returning, he kept treating my eye, and after about a month of blurry vision as the eye healed, I'm happy to say my eye is back to normal! Alex Benner, O.D. is extremely knowledgeable and professional! Having creosote land in my eye wasn't easy to treat and he knew exactly what to do. Thank you Dr. Benner!

I can't say enough good things... from the front desk people to Jamie and Dr Benner. Everyone treated me so well and it's been an awesome experience!
