Our family sees Dr. Dinslage and would recommend to any of our loved ones. He is very personable, easy to talk to and great with my kids. I've gone to the Optimetric center since childhood and love the office. Any review about the front office shouldn't detour you from seeing the doctors. They are good at what they do.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! They don't even know what they are doing... I had to do the secretaries job for her calling insurance places to get my daughter her eyes examined and new glasses she was approved for all of it but she kept telling me she is not approved for new glasses.... She's had them for over 2 years... And had outgrown them... She said I had to pay for it but insurance said it was covered and she clearly read that to me... Just another company trying to nickel and dime someone... It really pissed me off... I do not recommend this place and I didn't even walk in the door...

Doctors are good but the front desk lady's, as in all of them, are rude and cause problems with the customers I suggest who ever does the hiring over there needs to fire them and hire more friendly type people to greet and help customers that walk in the door.
