Highly recommend. I reside out of state and was in town for a livestock show and had a problem. Called them and they got me in the next morning. Dr Kusek was through and even followed up on Saturday morning and provided me with his cell phone number to reach him, should I have additional problems before returning home. Top notch service and follow through.

The practice is very caring and good. Unfortunately it seems they have gotten too big. They have run a little behind over the 7 years we were patients, but nothing I couldn't stomach. I understand there are other patients but if you know you are running late have the respect for your patients time to let them know. 30 minutes in I asked thinking maybe I was forgotten. 45 minutes in I was getting more irritated and upset. I left work early for this appointment and why? After 1 hour of waiting and not getting called back by even the technicians I left, and will not be back. I rescheduled with another eye doctor while I was in the office. All it would have taken was a little respect for me and my time in the beginning. I find it hard to believe that all of a sudden they got over an hour behind which they described as "a little". I understand doctors get behind but he wasn't delivering a baby and if there was an emergency appointment they squeezed in they knew that before checking me in. I should have been warned. The only reason the rating isn't lower is because our other appointments were top notch. They don't deserve a 2 star but after today definitely don't deserve 4 either.

I cannot praise these folks enoug!. I started going here because they take my insurance through work and they have been fantastic all through my experience. What really took their service above and beyond is that my glasses were destroyed in an accident and I called to reorder my glasses and they worked with the supplier for the frames and had my frames overnighted at no cost and since they craft their basic lenses in house, I had my replacement glasses the very next day. MORESO they were just as excited for me to be able to see as I was !!!!

Just had my first eye exam in years from Aurora Eyecare and they were Awesome. I felt totally relaxed and at ease. The Girls at the front desk were a hoot and professional. Dr. Hansen was very informative on what I needed. I would recommend this place hands down. Thank you for a Great Experience.

Veteran with authorization # approval etc. Dr exam A++ Needing lenses, (my expense) I was on the receiving end of how terrible the VA is at issuing payment (for exam) Man it sounded terrible and I empathize. Professing "we shouldn't be stuck with the bill and she has no idea how a veteran ended up before her" It was embarrassing, sure. How could I ever know? If had any clue that they would be pissed off to do be business with me (my insurance) damn I would not have went to these people. Asked more than once to pay the governments bills prior to leaving (due to the VA taking too long) Tossed $200 on the counter, I was told it's not my fault a few times and that she (blonde supervisor) just loathed the VA. Letting her keep talking, I was only the 2nd veteran to come in. First was an emergency, then me. I researched area optometrists and this office was the premier facility by far.

I had an appointment last week but ended up in the waiting room for quite a while since my appointment was late in the day and they were busy. I had to leave without seeing the doctor to get to another appointment and told them I would have to reschedule. Dr. Jason Langford personally called me to apologize later in the week and told me to come in anytime and he would get me in. I've been going to Jason for many years and he is a great person and does an excellent job taking care of people. That's how you do it! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Eyecare Professionals for over 20 years. I have found the doctors to be very knowledgeable and thorough during my exams. I love the optical store as well! They always have a wonderful selection of frames and they are willing to bring in additional frames if they don't have what you're looking for. I particularly love Sasha! She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right and she is so very friendly in the process!
